By purchasing a Sign Promoter article Toolkit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

 

The purchase of a Toolkit package grants a single company with a single physical location the right to use the Toolkit content for marketing and promotional purposes of that single locations.  Marketing and promotinoal purposes include email marketing, website marketing, social media, and printing and distribution of the content for the sole purpose of promoting the company's business. Signpromoter.com and parent company Antlenterprises LLC grant this designated usage through these Terms and Conditions, while retaining the copyright to the content and images. Purchaser may NOT sell or receive any type of direct monetary compensation or trade for goods and services or digital currency in exchange for the content.

Sharing Toolkit content with other companies/entities to use for any purpose, including marketing and promoting their business, is prohibited and is a copyright violation. Your purchase grants you the use of the content exclusively for the purpose of marketing and promoting your business.

 

Companies with multiple locations must purchase additional packages for each physical location.  Failure to do so violates the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. Contact us regarding the purchase of additional packages and possible multi-location discounts.

With the purchase of Toolkit content, we grant you permission to edit the content and incorporate your own images into the articles through the link provided to the editable Canva template or by modifying the PDF using alternative software. However, any modifications must not misrepresent the original intent of the article, present persons, products, or companies in a negative way, create harm, or violate rules and regulations related to marketing and email communications. You are responsible for copyright compliance and receiving appropriate permissions for any images, text or other content that you use to customize Sign Promoter content.
