Cheers to the new year! You likely spent the last quarter of 2024 working on your plans for the coming year, and now you're launching into them. But I have a question....Does your plan include regularly PROACTIVELY engaging with your top customers and prospects?
If it does, you have thought about the various ways to approach this and the significant time and commitment it will take to make that happen.
