Are Toolkits sold individually?Toolkits are sold in packages with a standard package containing 12 Toolkits of your choice. The 12 Toolkit package gives you fresh content to engage monthly with your valued customers. Our Library showcases the current selection of over 30 topics featuring popular products offered by sign companies. We customize the Toolkits you select and deliver your content electronically in zipped files.

What are the steps to purchasing a package of Sign Promoter Toolkits?Follow these simple steps: If you are purchasing a standard package of 12 Toolkits, explore our Library and select the 12 products or services you wish to include in your package. Determine whether you want our FREE basic customization (your logo and contact info) or additional customization (photos, colors, etc.). Learn more about your options on our Design page Contact us through the website or via email at info@signpromoter.com and include a note letting us know which Toolkits you're interested in and what your preference is for customization. We'll send you a formal quote. If you want to move forward, we will send you an invoice and a link for payment. Send us your logo and customization info, and in approximately 7 - 10 working days we will deliver your custom content electronically to your inbox.

What is the turnaround time to receive my Toolkit Package?Turnaround varies depending upon how many Toolkits you are purchasing and how much customization you are requesting. Upon receipt of payment and the necessary files and information for the customization, average turnaround is 7 - 10 working days. Expedited turnaround can sometimes be accommodated - please inquire when requesting a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?Our default payment option is electronic payment via Paypal where you can pay securely using your preferred payment method. If you have another electronic payment method you prefer please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will you customize the Toolkit content for FREE?Yes! Basic customization is included in the price of your Toolkit package. Basic customization includes your logo, contact information, and website. For an additional fee we can customize colors, add your project photos or provide special customization. See our DESIGN page for details. Pricing varies for additional customization.

Can I customize the Toolkit content?If you wish to customize the content yourself and you have the ability to edit the PDF's you may do so if the purpose and intent is promoting your business. You may also use the article content and .jpg files provided in the Toolkits to create blog posts, social media posts, etc. While our Terms and Conditions allow you to use the content in a flexible way to grown your business, please be aware that sharing the Toolkit content with other companies for the purpose of the promotion of their business is prohibited. In other words, you cannot buy, sell or trade the Sign Promoter content to other companies.

How do I use the Toolkit content with my existing Email Marketing Platform?Email platforms vary in the way that they handle attachments so you will need to reach out them them directly. If they allow you to attach a PDF, then you can draft a simple email and attach your PDF postcard. We make this easy by providing a list of features and benefits and a short paragraph of product highlights for you to use as inspiration for your email. If your email platform does not allow you to attach PDF files, in the Toolkits we provide the .jpg image files as well as the text document, so you can drop them into a premade template in your email platform. If you are having difficulty, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Can I let other companies use the Toolkit content I've purchased?There are many ways to use the Toolkit content you have purchased to promote your business, as we have outlined on our IDEAS page and on our Blog. However, content you paid for cannot be used by another company to promote their business. The photos, designs and content are copyrighted and use is subject to the Terms and Conditions. How do I reach customer support?If you are a current customer, you will have an Account Manager assigned and you may reach out to them directly at any time. Otherwise, if your question is not addressed in our Frequently Asked Questions section of the website and you need assistance our preferred method of contact is the Contact Us form on the website. Alternatively, you can email us at info@signpromoter.com. Please explain your question or situation in detail so we can escalate it as necessary, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

How do I provide feedback and input regarding Sign Promoter products?From time to time, you may receive a survey requesting feedback, but at any time you can email us at info@signpromoter.com with feedback and questions.

Can I cancel my package and receive a refund?You may cancel any time prior to receiving your customized Sign Promoter Toolkit. If you have already received your customized Toolkit package, you cannot receive a refund. In order to ensure your satisfaction, during the purchase process we provide a formal quote outlining the product/services (as determined and agreed upon during the pre-purchase process). We provide previews of the Toolkit content in our LIBRARY, and we provide proofs of the customized Toolkit content via email for your approval before sending the Toolkit package to you.
