  • What's in a Sign Promoter Marketing Toolkit?
    Each Toolkit contains one article targeted towards sign company customers as well as a customizable postcard on the same topic. The article is provided in several formats so you have flexibility in how you use it, which includes a ready-to-send un-branded article, a ready-to-edit article, a text document, and individual photos. There is also a resource guide with a summary of the article and a list of suppliers for specialty hardware or products mentioned in the article. Some kits contain additional files, such as templates or links to related resources.

  • Where does Sign Promoter get images for the Toolkits?
    Images are obtained and created in various ways. Wholesale suppliers and manufacturers have given written permission to use photos of their products because it offers them exposure, and in turn, we identify those suppliers in your Toolkit Resources pdf so you know where to purchase the product when your customers are interested. Some wholesale supplier images are used as is, and some are merged with other photos or background images. Many images are original creations using software such as Photoshop, Canva, and various mock-up platforms or applications. Because of this, some hardware is generic/standard and no supplier is identified in the Resource Guide. The designs and artwork displayed on products in the images have been created by Sign Promoter or a wholesale manufacturer to showcase the signage product. This artwork does not represent actual businesses, products or organizations unless attribution is given. See Terms and Conditions for additional information about how you may use the images for promoting your business.
  • What is the resolution of the images in the Toolkit?
    Individual images in the Toolkits are provided in .Jpg format and the typical pixel width is 1200 - 1800 pixels wide x proportionate.
  • Does Sign Promoter have affiliate relationships with wholesalers and manufacturers?
    Sign Promoters does not currently have paid affiliations with any wholesalers or manufacturers. We do have permission to use photos and images from some companies, and those companies are mentioned in your Toolkit resource guide as a source for products featured in articles.
  • What are the Terms and Conditions related to using the content?
    By purchasing a Sign Promoter Toolkit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined HERE, also specified on our quote/estimate forms and receipts. See the links in the footer of each page to review our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
  • Must I be located in the United States to use Sign Promoter products
    We are currently offering Sign Promoter Toolkits to organizations located in the USA. While some products showcased may be available in other countries, our content focuses on products offered by wholesale suppliers in the US who routinely and quickly ship to locations throughout the 48 contiguous states. You are not prohibited from distributing purchased content outside the US for promotional purposes.
  • What are the steps to purchasing a Sign Promoter Toolkit Package?
    Use our Contact Page and request a quote. We offer custom packages, but we recommend a minimum of 12 Toolkits so you can commit to monthly engagement with your audience. Once you approve your quote, we will provide a secure payment link, and upon payment, you'll receive an email with one redemption code per Toolkit, which you can use immediately or anytime within the next 12 months to receive the Toolkits of your choice from our ever-growing library. This email will also provide a password to access the Sign Promoter Member Page, where you will find article previews, resources, tutorials, and more.   • How can I try or preview Sign Promoter Toolkits?
    We have a sample article you can preview on our website, which you can find on the How it Works page. Visiting the Toolkit Library is an excellent way to review article summaries and preview photos. We occasionally offer complimentary Toolkits in exchange for feedback and input, so if you are interested in participating please email us at info@signpromoter.com.   • I've purchased a package. Do I need to download all of my Toolkits right away?
    You have the option of downloading your toolkits at any time within the next 12 months. There are advantages in identifying and downloading Toolkits in advance which include mapping out your marketing plan, gathering photos to customize ready-to-edit articles, etc. However, waiting until a later day gives you the opportunity to access newly added Toolkits.
  • Can I purchase individual Toolkits?
    Currently, the Toolkits are only available in packages, allowing you to plan ahead and market predictably. We do not sell individual Toolkits, but we are happy to customize a package that works best for you.
  • Can I let others use the Toolkit content I've purchased?
    The checkbox on the agreement at checkout indicates that you agree to use the Toolkit content for your business purposes only. Content you paid for cannot be used by another company or by another location if your business has multiple physical locations. You are not allowed to give away or resell the Toolkit articles, photos, or files to another company. You are free to use the content as you wish for your business purposes.   • How can I use the Sign Promoter Toolkit content?
    Once you have purchased a Toolkit, you may use the content in whatever way you wish to market your business. The kit provides content in various formats for flexibility to use in existing email marketing platforms, as a PDF attachment, in your blog or newsletter, or the body of an email. The Toolkit content is also a valuable resource for your sales and customer service teams to reach out one-on-one to customers, make follow-up calls after the articles are shared, and build a library of resources to educate and inform customers and prospects at a later date.   • How do I use the Toolkit content with my existing Email Marketing Platform?
    Many email marketing platforms will allow you to upload and link a PDF, so you could use the ready-to-send or ready-to-edit PDF files by uploading them to your email platform and either attaching them to or linking them within an email. Email platforms vary in how they handle attachments vs links so reach out to your provider for more information. You may also choose to use the raw content (text and .jpg image files) and drop that content into a template offered by your email platform.
  • How do I customize the ready-to-edit article or postcard?
    Sign Promoter provides an article in .PNG format which is ready to edit in Canva. Canva.com is a free online design software, and we provide step-by-step tutorials for basic edits (adding your logo, the date, and your contact info) as well as more advanced editing such as changing colors, editing text and captions, and dropping in your photos. Tutorials are available on the Member Resource page.
  • How do I make suggestions for article topics?
    We'd love to hear your suggestions. Please email us at info@signpromoter.com with ideas for Toolkit content.
  • How do I provide feedback and input regarding Sign Promoter products?
    From time to time, you may receive a survey requesting feedback, but at any time you can email us at info@signpromoter.com with feedback and questions.
  • How do I reach customer support?

  • Can I cancel my package and receive a refund?
    If you purchased a package within the past 30 days AND you have downloaded no more than ONE Toolkit package, you can reach out to us at info@signpromoter.com for a refund. We want you to be happy with and make the most of the Sign Promoter Toolkits, so do not hesitate to seek customer support if you are having challenges with downloads, editing, distribution, etc. We are happy to provide one-on-one support.
